Editorial Commentary: Arthroscopic Shoulder Instability Surgery and Glenoid Bone Loss: A Paradigm Shift?

چکیده

The successful treatment of shoulder instability, particularly in the setting glenoid bone loss, is a challenging problem. There are several surgical options that available for patients who have this clinical entity. Of these options, block procedures become increasing common over past years, both primary and revision surgery, with aim to restore native anatomy. arthroscopic Eden–Hybinette procedure viable option anterior instability insufficiency. This technique has some distinct advantages other procedures, specifically ability avoid damage subscapularis preserve coracoid process. In addition, use autograft benefits reconstruction allograft, pertaining cost availability.
